About Us
Countryside Photography by Jane Svoboda
My studio opened its doors in January of 2005. It was the beginning of digital photography. The photos were flat and most professionals were not thrilled with the look of the photos. I decided to jump into the digital age with the hope it would improve. I had worked for another photographer for nearly 9 years and was shooting solely film, so this was a big step.
The technology has improved a great deal these past several years. The computer programs are unlimited for professionals as well as the general public. I still love the thrill of creating a photo whether it is shooting through the lens or later on the computer. It makes for great memories for the people I photograph.
I love to do all sorts of photography –
Seniors, Children, Families, Weddings and Pets.
School Sports, FFA, Band, Prom and other school groups/activities.
I have even done aerial photography but would prefer to keep my feet on the ground.
My studio is located in Northeast Nebraska. I am 10 miles south of Wakefield and 8 miles west of Pender on the Highway 16 curve. I am approximately 45 minutes from both Norfolk, Nebraska and Sioux City, Iowa.
I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America and the Professional Photographers of Nebraska.
